Hi Michelle, I just found your ping...I did not know other people were pinging me...either my sound is always off or people aren't pinging me when I am home...And I never looked...

Your chat went very well, I think...People at work are asking for your book. They notice that I am slimmer in just three weeks. Got more lemons and oranges at store today, am waiting on a new juicer. And baking soda for a bi weekly alkaline bath, plus more changes, to get back to the super healthy i once was. Now for a run before more snow.
